RCBO

RCBO Circuit Protection

Here at LED Controls, you’ll find an extensive range of RCBO devices, otherwise known as Residual Current Breakers with Overload protection. We stock RCBOs from leading manufacturers like Chint and ABB, who are globally renowned for the quality and safety of their products.

Designed to provide reliable protection against earth fault currents, overload, and short circuit currents, RCBOs are a vital safeguard against shock hazards and electrical fires, effectively helping to protect the integrity and efficiency of your circuit - and most importantly, protecting human health and safety.

Overloads may be sensed in the event of a short circuit, or excessive demand due to the connection of multiple devices. Generally, it’s advisable to attach a RCBO to each separate circuit in a system, so that a fault in one won’t have a knock-on effect in the continued smooth functioning of the others.
